Emily has nearly two decades of experience driving social or environmental change in the corporate sector. Emily also spent four years as the owner/operator of a restaurant – including roles as server and line cook – which gave her first-hand knowledge of the challenges that frontline employees – and employers – face. As project lead for Talent Rewire, Emily partners with and advises employers as they innovate best practices in hiring, retention, and advancement of frontline employees that drive business value. Emily also provides thought leadership regarding ESG and other voluntary reporting standards measuring companies’ employment and workforce practices. Outside of work, Emily enjoys farming in her front yard and cheering on her alma maters U. of Michigan and Duke University.
