In this session, we will focus on the critical investment in entry-level talent, emphasizing retention and advancement strategies that elevate both business outcomes and economic opportunities.

Participants will:

  • Discover evidence-based strategies and practical suggestions to effectively retain and advance entry-level talent.
  • Using the Opportunity Navigator tool, we will consider recruitment methods that empower employers to build a robust talent pipeline that fosters inclusivity and growth.

All sessions are virtual, 60 minute sessions w/ 30 minutes office hours that are optional for attendees.

This series is a collaboration with the Ohio Workforce Coalition via the Quality Workplaces Collaborative. We invite human resources leaders, DEIB leaders, operations leaders, employee engagement and employee experience leaders, and recruitment and talent acquisition leaders from employers of all industries and sizes to participate.
