Talent Rewire’s Mastermind Community brings together senior talent leaders who share the common goal of achieving sustainable talent system transformation to create equitable economic mobility for frontline employees. Participants have the opportunity to share and celebrate successes, problem solve together, and learn with and from each other in a brave and supportive space.
We invite human resources leaders, DEIB leaders, operations leaders, employee engagement and employee experience leaders, and recruitment and talent acquisition leaders from employers of all industries and sizes to participate. The program is offered at no cost to participants.
