Before FSG, Scotland worked in education and education support services for 20 years. She has had the role of high school social studies teacher, education director, instructional leader, adjunct professor, and consultant in the Chicago area and in Seattle. As director for employer transformation, Scottie develops innovative curricula and facilitates employer engagements for a mix of virtual and in-person events.
